What is the Monthly DBT Club?
The Monthly DBT Club is designed for past participants of our 10 and 12 week DBT groups who are looking for a supportive space to continue using DBT skills, connect with group members, and stay accountable.
Sessions will include:
Rotating topics based on group preferences
A space for reflection, discussion and celebration
An opportunity to stay grounded in DBT during everyday life challenges
What is the group format?
The Monthly DBT Club is a closed group consisting of 8-12 participants who are 18 years of age or older. This group meets once a month, and participants must commit for at least 6 sessions. The group is facilitated by Zahra Domingo (Registered Psychologist), who is trained in DBT.
What does the group cost?
Group sessions are 2 hours long at a rate of $175 per group session with a $75 deposit to secure a spot. There is a minimum commitment of 6 monthly sessions with the opportunity to continue for another 6 sessions. Or, clients can register for a full 12 sessions from the start.
The fee for this group may be covered in whole or part by your private health insurance/employee benefits plan. Please note that obtaining reimbursement from an insurance company is the responsibility of each client. You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider directly for details of your coverage, to verify that group therapy services will be covered by your policy, and any conditions of this coverage.
How do I sign up?
Starting Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 this group will run the third Tuesday of each month from 5:30-7:30pm.
