This group aims to offer clients the opportunity to develop psychological flexibility through a combination of several evidence-based psychotherapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Clients will be taught a variety of skills proven to foster personal and relational well-being; increase capacity to regulate difficult emotions and thoughts; formulate and actively take steps towards reaching goals; and understand what psychological health is and what is needed to create and maintain it. This group will offer clients a validating setting to receive support, offer support and engage in an experience that will lend to connection.
