However, as many of us have experienced over the years, the actions to support change in our lives often fall by the wayside, which is then often followed by feelings of self-defeat, resignation, and shame. In this honest and deeply reflective 3h workshop you will:

  • Identify the changes you wish to make

  • Determine your readiness to make that change

  • Better understand the cycle of change

  • Understand why you may not be changing

  • Develop strategies to change

  • Better understand the implications of changing
